 Hi guys welcome back. As you guys know the term 3 holiday are almost here. For me there are only 2 and  half more days! Are you excited for the holiday, tell me in the comments because I am very excited, but school is also very very fun. I hope you enjoy your holidays in lockdown, what a bummer!

Chinese language week - part 2

Chinese language week - part 1

 Hello and welcome back to another blog. Today I am blogging about Chinese language week. So in our school it is Chinese language week and our teacher told us to learn mandarin numbers 1-10. I did, well she gave us a video to practice from. My pronunciation isn't that good but I did record my voice through a site called Speakpipe. Did you do anything for Chinese language week? A flower puzzle

 Hey guys, welcome back! Today I am sharing the puzzle I did. Well it was a flower puzzle and it had the colours red, pink, orange and yellow. I will show you pictures of my puzzle later on. Well I did that puzzle because, our teacher made a slide presentation and then my class and I added a slide on the presentation each with our names on it. We had a jamboard where we put down the things we wanted to do so we don't get bored because in our class there were some students who got bored during google meets. Anyways from that jamboard we picked most of our ideas and listed them on our own slides.Then we had to pick one of them (I picked Origami) and put a link to it, so I put a link to an origami site, so my class can access the site and do some origami. Then we had to pick one for ourselves, I picked jigsaw puzzles. So I did one and now finally this blog is coming to a end and I am going to show you the pictures of my puzzle!

Practicing Maori verbs

 Hi! Today me and my class were practicing maori verbs. Do you know any maori verbs? Well I know thsese

- Whiwhi = awarded

- Oma = run

- Pakipaki = clap

-  Hikoi = walk

- Hanga = build

-  Korero = talking

-  Takaro = play

- Mahi tahi = collaborative

 Hi! Today I am going to tell you guys about a acrostic poem I made! It was about covid - 19!

Fale points

 Hello and welcome back to another blog of mine! Today I am showing you the fale points for this week.

So basically in our school we have four groups and the whole school is divided in four groups, the names of our groups are

Rata,

Kauri,

Kowhai and last but not the least

Totara.

Those are the four groups, I am in Kauri and currently Kauri has 1099 points.

Well here are the points for all the four groups/houses

• Rata is in the lead
• Kauri is coming second
• Totara is coming third and
• Kowhai has the least points.

Since it is lockdown we get points by doing our online tasks, one of them is blogging!

So basically those are the points for our school this week.

Continuation/Finishing learning the longest word in the world

 Hey guys welcome back to another blog! Today I am telling you that finished learning the longest word in the world. Do you remember that the other day I blogged about me starting to learn the longest word well now I have basically finished learning it. Did you try learning it, its okay if you didn't. Anyways it wasn't that hard to learn it because our teacher kindly broke the word into six parts, so that made it a lot easier for me to learn the word. My class was trying this out because this week it is MAORI LANGUAGE WEEK!!

Pepeha level 1

 Hi and welcome back to my blog. Today I am showing you my level 1 pepeha. So, Ms.Corbett made 3 levels for saying and learning your pepeha. I chose to learn and say the level 1 pepeha. It includes my mountain, awa, grandparents, parents and where they are from and last but not the least is my name. What kind of pepeha are you practicing, if you are not practicing any then it is okay but if you would like to try then why don't you guys have a go at the level one pepeha. Practicing the longest word in the world - learning

 Hey guys, today I am going to tell you about what I am learning how to say. Basically I am learning how to say the longest word in the world and that is Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotameteaturipukakapikimaungahoronukupokaiwhenuakitanatahu, yep thats the longest word in the world. Well my class and me are learning hot to say it but in parts, so this is are first day of learning it and the part we are learning is Taumatawhakatangihangakoauau. My Weekend

 Hey guys welcome back! Today I am going to tell you about what I did on the weekend. So basically on Saturday I woke up a little late and then I had some breakfast and got ready quickly because on Saturday I have dance class on zoom. After I finish dance class I have some food and then I play, the only thing I do special on Saturday is my dance class nothing else. Well on Sunday it is just a normal day. No online classes or studies. I just play the whole day but today I have to sleep early because on Monday morning I have a meeting at 9.00 a.m. I had a normal but relaxing weekend. I hope you did too. BYE!!

Disconnected Friday

 Hello! today I am telling you about a disconnected day. Basically my class made a decision that on Friday we will have a disconnected day. Well that means our tasks on Friday will be mostly off our chromebooks and it will be more about physical health, mental health, emotional(things that make us happy) and social things.

We will maybe do some paperwork and physical activities. Then me and my class made a jamboard each and we wrote the things that we thought we could do. Then we put the link to our jamboard on a doc so our teacher can see it. If you guys want to see then here is the link to my jamboard ideas -

Ratios

 Hello! Today I did some online ratios. I answered them and then took a screenshot and put them on slides.

I made a slide presentation for it. It took about 10 mins for me to do it.  I had fun because the ratios were a bit easy for me and I got all the ratios correct. Well some of the ratios repeated. Anyways here is my ratios presentation.
